Each frame features a smooth center, creating a ready surface for stamping, paint inlays, or transfers.\n\nIdeal for small-scale projects, these frames can be used to showcase photos, resin, miniature paintings, or dried florals, and also work beautifully as handmade brooches or finishing details on furniture and décor. Try pairing them with smaller florals from the Belgravia Transfer or bits from other transfers and inlays. Finished in gold with a bit of glaze in the details for a classic look. Sized to coordinate with elements from the Dessins de Broderie Stamp set, it’s easy to create personalized pieces.\n\n\nUse IOD Moulds with many different mediums.\n\nThe 2 most common mediums used for furniture, jewelry, or home decor accents are Air Dry Clay and casting resin\n\nIOD Air dry clay also called paper clay is an air dry medium. Like other paper pulp based air dry clays, some shrinking, warping, and cracking is expected and results in a distressed, authentically vintage look. Suggested way to apply molded pieces is to take them out of the mould while still moist, then adhere to your project with your favorite glue, ensuring it conforms well. If the surface is vertical, you can use a piece of low tack tape to hold it in place to keep it from sliding.\n\nCasting resins have completely different qualities than the paper clay. There are some great pourable resins available. It will not shrink or warp, and the casting is more consistent. Depending on your project, these qualities can be helpful. If you need to conform your casting to a curved surface, you will need to remove it from the mould before it’s completely hardened.\n\nMost of the time a release agent is not needed and the casting will come out easily. However, if you are having any trouble with the material sticking (more common with clay) then a light dusting of cornstarch or arrowroot is works great\n","brand":"kenziejordyn Store","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":48438282977463,"sku":"IODFRAMES3","price":28.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0577\/1450\/7959\/files\/1778114405191-ikw1itlzm2.jpg?v=1778114522","url":"https:\/\/kenziejordyn.com\/products\/frames-three-iod-decor-mould-6-x-10-by-iron-orchid-designs-new-release","provider":"KenzieJordyn","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
